Families have been displaced multiple times, their homes destroyed or unreachable, and now face winter needing water, medicine and real shelter. The UN says 98% of Gaza’s people urgently need shelter and household assistance, yet more than 60% of the territory lies beyond a “yellow line” where movement is heavily restricted.
