Yemen’s war is escalating as Houthi fighters release battlefield footage showing what they claim is an advance against Saudi-backed forces along the western coast. Airstrikes in Mokha reportedly killed at least six people, including two children and a woman, while the World Health Organization says 680 people were killed or injured across Yemen between September 13 and 18. The latest violence is also raising concerns beyond Yemen. Iran’s senior military adviser Major General Yahya Rahim Safavi warned that the situation around the Bab el-Mandeb Strait would not return to its previous normal amid the conflict involving the Houthis and Red Sea shipping. #yemen #yemenwar #houthi #houthis #houthirebels #redsea #babalmendeb #iran #saudiarabia #middleeast #yemencrisis #redseacrisis #houthifighters #yemenconflict #middleeastconflict #breakingnews #worldnews #geopolitics #military #warnews #conflict #latestnews #irannews #saudiarabia #shipping #maritimesecurity #redseashipping #lahj #mokha #
