A suspected migrant dinghy reportedly reached a secluded beach near Folkestone without being intercepted, raising urgent questions about security along Britain’s south coast. Images supplied by a local resident appear to show abandoned life jackets at The Warren. The programme reports that police attended the scene and detained some of the seven alleged occupants, while others may have fled before officers arrived. Former Royal Navy commander Rear Admiral Chris Parry describes Britain’s maritime border as “open” and claims the Government lacks the political will to stop unauthorised Channel crossings. He also raises questions about vessels transporting passengers who may not be in distress. #MigrantCrisis #BorderSecurity #ChannelCrossings Have you got a story?
