In closing, prosecutors argued Tomasz Kosowski planned the killing for months, pointing to a wagon and a truck he bought in December 2022. The state said Kosowski ordered a blue gorilla cart to his Tarpon Springs home on December 16, 2022, then paid cash for a Toyota Tundra ten days later.
