The fallout over ai regulation continues weeks after a young researcher claimed to "blow the whistle" on the industry. 27 year old Jacob Coxon, resigned his position at OpenAi in a tweet on X, stating that artificial intelligence has the ability to end humanity within the next decade. Since then, there has been debate on how much of that was hype and how much was legitimately based on real danger.
