Amidst the growing scandal over Don Jr’s acceptance of an offshore $250,000 payment for his “wedding” from a Russian Oligarch tied directly to Putin, there are questions that must be answered. Is that payment the reason Trump refused to attend the wedding, and what did Trump know, and when did he know it? Did Putin approve of the payment through a Putin-controlled energy company, boxing company, and Dubai offshore accounts? Did the payment get made to soften Trump up before his meeting with the Chinese delegation since the Oligarch had just visited China with Putin the week before? Popok follows the growing scandal and the 4th GOP Senator now calling for an immediate Senate Judiciary Committee investigation of the Trump Family’s possible corrupt ties.
