Academy Award-winning actor Morgan Freeman sits down with ITV News for an exclusive interview about his new album and his mission to save blues music. From the Deep South, the birthplace of the blues, Freeman tells Nina Nannar about his fears of blues music being lost and how the 2025 film Sinners may have sparked a revival. Freeman has opened two blues clubs in Mississippi in an attempt to save the genre and remind audiences where the music originated from. He’s now produced a blues album with the British Orchestra, Chineke!, recorded at Abbey Rd Studios with a big ambition: to bring the blues to a new generation and secure the biggest award for the genre at the Grammys. At 89, the acting legend reflects on his extraordinary career and on the future of one of Hollywood’s most famous voices as he attempts to fight off the very real threat of AI.  • Subscribe to ITV News on YouTube: http://bit.ly/2lOHmNj • Get breaking news and more stories at http://www.itv.com/news Follow
