Piers Morgan says he is pressing ahead with legal action against Earl Spencer over factual errors in his book about Princess Diana. Spencer apologised after wrongly suggesting Morgan was responsible for publishing photographs of Diana in 1993, when Morgan was working at The Sun and did not join the Daily Mirror until 1995. Morgan is demanding the book be withdrawn and remaining copies pulped.
