Talent can open a door, but consistency determines how far we continue through it. This talk explores why showing up, building habits, staying disciplined, and continuing through setbacks can matter more than natural ability. For students and young people trying to build careers, businesses, or meaningful lives, the idea is simple: progress often comes not from being the most talented person in the room, but from being the person who keeps going. I believe leadership is not about titles, but about service and as President of Pakistan Youth Parliament, I get to prove that every single day. Representing the voice of 67% of Pakistan’s youth, I’ve had the privilege of leading national delegations, co-chairing parliamentary seminars, and engaging directly with institutions where the future of 25 crore people is shaped. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
