She's a small-town girl with big city ambitions, so Lauryn Kirk (Mary Elizabeth Winstead -- Death Proof, Final Destination 3) decides to follow her dream and head to Chicago to audition for the exclusive School of Music and Dance. When she totally blows her chance, Lauryn is devastated and left with nowhere to go. She takes a job doing the books at Ruby's, the city's hottest burlesque bar where dancers perform routines that tread way beyond the boundaries. When a dancer fails to turn up one night, Lauryn decides to make her move. When she takes to the floor, it soon becomes clear that her paperwork is nothing compared to her footwork -- and that her dreams may just become reality -- one step at a time. ©2008 MIH, LLC.
