The Houthis have made a dramatic advance along Yemen’s Red Sea coast, reportedly seizing key territory in less than 48 hours as Iranian Revolutionary Guard advisers allegedly helped direct the offensive. According to an Associated Press investigation, the 115-kilometer assault exposed deep divisions among Saudi-backed forces and allowed the Houthis to capture strategic positions, including the port city of Mokha. The offensive could have major consequences for Red Sea shipping, Saudi oil exports and the wider Iran-U.S. conflict. With Iran reportedly providing the Houthis with advanced missile, drone and logistical support, the latest battlefield gains could give Tehran and its ally greater leverage across the region. #houthis #yemen #iran #redsea #saudiarabia #middleeast #iranwar #usiran #irgc #hezbollah #redseacrisis #shippingcrisis #oilprices #oil #geopolitics #middleeastconflict #yemenwar #houthi #irannews #yemennews #breakingnews #worldnews #warnews #militarynews #usmilitary #sa
