Parents can now help keep kids even more safe on iPhone, iPad, and Mac with easier and more intuitive child safety features. Start with a Child Account tailored to their age, which kicks off safeguards and lets parents choose the exact apps that can be accessed on their child’s new iPhone or iPad. Communication Safety helps detect and block nudity and violence in shared images and video. Ask to Buy and Ask to Browse let parents decide which apps kids can download and which sites they can see. Time Allowances help parents manage how long kids spend in apps each day. And Schedules help parents set when kids can use those apps. It’s a set of simple tools, for safer screens.
