Three-time Emmy winner Merritt Wever sits down with Desi Lydic to discuss her new film, “Primetime,” the story of Chris Hansen and “To Catch a Predator.” They talk about her first Daily Show audience-member experience, how Edie Falco became her “acting mom,” and the story behind her viral, emotionally honest first Emmy acceptance speech. Plus, Wever explains how she dove into her “Primetime” character by learning the art of “host finagling” from veteran TV producers and exploring what happens when news, entertainment, and law enforcement get entangled. #DailyShow #MerrittWever #Primetime #EdieFalco Subscribe to The Daily Show: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwWhs_6x42TyRM4Wstoq8HA/?sub_confirmation=1 Follow The Daily Show: Twitter: https://twitter.com/TheDailyShow Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/thedailyshow Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thedailyshow Stream full episodes of The Daily Show on Paramount+: http://www.paramountplus.com/thedailyshow Follow Comedy Central: T
