Pro-Palestinian protesters marched through Manhattan on September 24, opposing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s address to the United Nations General Assembly and calling for his arrest over Israel’s war in Gaza. Demonstrators waved Palestinian flags and carried banners demanding freedom for Palestine and an end to U.S. support for Israel. Protesters said the humanitarian situation in Gaza had compelled them to demonstrate. Some Jewish participants also joined the protests, stressing that criticism of Israel’s government should not be equated with hostility toward Jewish people. Police detained some protesters during demonstrations around the UN. #newyork #netanyahu #gaza #ungeneralassembly Thank you for watching our video!
