Iran's Foreign Minister, at the United Nations in New York, says mediators have submitted a new plan to the White House, that would pave the way for the Strait of Hormuz to reopen within a week. Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said that talks with the US on other issues, including Iran's nuclear programme, would start afterwards.
