Skyler Gisondo and Merritt Wever sit down with MovieWeb’s Joe Deckelmeier to discuss their new film 'Primetime,' including working opposite Robert Pattinson as Chris Hansen and the complicated relationship their characters have with the world surrounding the show. Gisondo reveals that Pattinson brought an “almost vampiric” quality to his performance and discusses the multiple versions filmed for Dan’s final scene. Wever breaks down her research into television producers and how Pattinson’s unpredictability helped shape the dynamic between Andie and Chris. Plus, Gisondo teases his return as Jimmy Olsen in DC Studios' 'The People v. Gorilla Grodd,' saying the series balances comedy with escalating stakes and eventually goes somewhere “very different” from what viewers might expect after the first episode.
