Herald Sun cartoonist Mark Knight has created AFL Premiership posters for 18 consecutive years, with all proceeds supporting the Royal Children's Hospital. For the 2025 Grand Final between Brisbane Lions and Fremantle, Knight designed two posters—Brisbane's features three lions representing their three-peat attempt, while Fremantle's underwent a redesign after the club requested a more contemporary look with a man bun and nose ring rather than the original masculine wharfie character. The tradition of Grand Final posters dates back to 1954, which Knight took over in 2008.
