US President Donald Trump has hailed yesterday's meeting with China's leader Xi Jinping as "very productive" in a post on Truth Social, going on to say "tremendous things will be happening". Trump claimed his Chinese counterpart "seemed to like calling the poorly and inaccurately named Artificial Intelligence to a far more accurate and important name, SUPER INTELLIGENCE". Trump started referring to AI as 'Super Intelligence' or 'SI', after making a pitch to rebrand the technology while speaking at the United Nations. Trump took President Xi to visit the National Archives, showing off the sacred texts of US democracy to the leader of the world’s most powerful communist country. It caps off a three-day state visit criticised for being heavy on pomp and light on substance.
