Manchester City have been found guilty of breaking more than 100 financial fair play rules. The club were charged in February 2023 with more than 100 breaches of league rules, charges which City strenuously denied. It is believed the club have now been found guilty on almost all of those charges by an independent commission, but it is understood City are to appeal. In response, a spokesperson from the club said: "The Premier League process remains ongoing, with significant elements to be completed, and subject to strict confidentiality. As such Manchester City FC’s position remains consistent with the Club’s statement of February 2023." Also on the programme: • Pope Leo is greeted by crowds in Paris after warning against losing our humanity in 'a paradise of machines'. • A mosque is attacked every five days in the UK - data shared with ITV News shows how Islamophobic incidents are growing in severity. • And - how Batman came to Norwich to help a woman who'd had her purse pinched.
