Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah flagged off India’s first LNG-diesel dual-fuel DEMU train from Sabarmati Railway Station in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, on September 27. The train uses modified 1,400-HP Driving Power Cars that can operate on both LNG and diesel. The system is designed to replace up to 40% of diesel consumption with LNG, with Railways expecting lower fuel costs and emissions. The two modified power cars have completed more than 2,000 km of field trials. #AmitShah #LNGTrain #IndianRailways #Gujarat #Ahmedabad #Sabarmati #DualFuelTrain #Railways Thank you for watching our video!
