Several men have been arrested on suspicion of offences under the Explosives Act after police declared a major incident near RAF Fairford. Residents in the nearby Welford area were evacuated while Army bomb disposal specialists examined a number of vehicles. The airbase is used by US forces, making the police operation a significant security story. During live coverage, questions were raised about footage showing aircraft and activity at the base while the incident was under way. The guest argues that filming an active military site could pose a security risk if it was done without permission. Whether permission was granted has not been established in the interview. Alex Phillips speaks with Paul Cox, comedian and political commentator. Have you got a story?
