He thought he was rebuilding his career. He was actually rebuilding himself. After multiple businesses failed in 2021, Waqas GM found himself in debt, starting over with an internship and struggling with his confidence. He was especially afraid of facing people. So he chose to do exactly that. Through content creation, he began putting himself out there, confronting his fears and slowly rebuilding the confidence he had lost. Fast forward to TEDxAzadiStreet 6.0 — where he stood in front of hundreds of people and shared his story as a 2x TEDx speaker. This talk is about starting over, overcoming fear, rebuilding confidence, entrepreneurship, content creation, personal growth and trusting Allah through uncertainty. A reminder that progress doesn't always look like having everything figured out. Sometimes, it simply looks like trying again. Waqas GM is a Pakistani content creator known for his relatable storytelling, humour, and observations on everyday life, work, and personal experience
