Every big achievement begins as an idea that may look like delusion to others. Through my entrepreneurial journey, I share why going from 0 to 1 is the hardest stage, how moving from 1 to 10 becomes easier, and why growing beyond that is possible only through a strong team, shared belief, and collective effort. Parveen Padalkar is an ET 40 Under 40 – South awardee and recipient of the Digital Women Awards by SheThePeople. She is the Founder of Ekori, a handloom fashion enterprise that brings together traditional Indian weaves and modern fabrics, while working closely with weavers and artisans. An entrepreneur passionate about preserving India’s textile heritage, Parveen is building a modern business around sustainable slow fashion, making traditional craftsmanship relevant to today’s consumer. She has also been a speaker at multiple industry and entrepreneurship events. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community
