Belarusian Foreign Minister Maksim Ryazanov told the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly that trust among states is at its lowest point since the Cold War, and accused Western countries of undermining international law through what he called a might-makes-right approach, citing Yugoslavia, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Venezuela, Cuba, Iran and Palestine as countries he said had been the focus of Western interest.
