US Secretary of State Marco Rubio says the weekend incident at RAF Fairford "clearly involves the hands of a foreign actor". Speaking to US media, he thanked UK authorities for being "cooperative" and "helpful". Five British men were detained on suspicion of terrorism and explosives offences. They've since been released on bail. It's after three suspicious vehicles were reported outside the base in Gloucestershire, forcing more than 100 people to evacuate the area. President Trump says he’s surprised the suspects have been released.
