Is your nose clogged up and you can't breathe? I can relate. For the last 2 years I've had the opportunity to experience what it's like to have allergies after never having them before. They never got super severe but they did get super annoying. I quickly learned that when the nose is completely plugged and you have to breathe with your mouth it's not very pleasant. After trying a variety of methods to clear a stuffy nose, with very little success, I finally came across a method that actually worked for me. Holding my breath.
