Andy Burnham interrupted his schedule for an emergency meeting about the arrests early yesterday outside RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire, used by American bombers in their operations in Iran. The five suspects - all British, all in their twenties - have been released - on police bail. The head of counter terrorism suggested their motivation may have been quick financial gain.
