India's Tarang Shakti 2026 is bringing together some of the world's most advanced airpower over Rajasthan — including America's F-35 Lightning II, France's Rafale and India's own fleet of Rafale, Su-30MKI, Tejas, Mirage-2000, MiG-29 and Jaguar fighters. For the first time, six US F-35s are participating in the Indian Air Force's multinational exercise, alongside more than 200 US personnel. The exercise is primarily focused on multinational air operations, interoperability, coordination and operational learning among participating air forces. France has also deployed four Rafales as part of its Pégase 2026 mission, continuing its participation after the first edition of Tarang Shakti in 2024. Gursshheen Gahllen brings you the story on Firstpost Live.
