President Donald Trump banning three news outlets from the White House last week follows his "M.O." of trying to control the press, says The Atlantic's Adam Harris. "What we are seeing is a president who feels increasingly cornered," he tells Washington Week moderator Jeffrey Goldberg. "You think about the economy. You think about the sort of losing battles across the board, ... he has defined a sort of enemy, and the press is his usual enemy that he goes to."
