Choreographer Sonya Tayeh burst onto the Broadway boards with her Tony-winning work in the hit musical "Moulin Rouge!" Tayeh is back in the spotlight — this time with a new dance piece that celebrates an outspoken singer and songwriter, the late Sinéad O’Connor. "On Stage" host Frank DiLella caught up with Tayeh in the studio to learn more about her piece called "The Surge," which will return to the Joyce Theater in February for an encore run. #NY1 #NYC #News #OnStage #SineadOConnor -------- For more on this and the latest NYC news: http://specne.ws/ep5hmE Watch live news: http://specne.ws/YTliveSN Get the Spectrum News App on all your favorite devices: http://specne.ws/GetSNApp2
