CTV's Kimberley Johnson reports on plans for a floating sauna and cold plunge at the National Capital Commission's River House. The experience is expected to open in early October and will feature two Finnish-style saunas, with the cold plunge located in the Ottawa River. The sauna will be owned and operated by Saunoa, which opened its first location in Toronto last year. A 90-minute session is expected to cost $45. An official opening date has not yet been announced.
