Six US F-35 Lightning II fighter jets have landed at Jodhpur Airbase in Rajasthan to participate in the multinational Tarang Shakti air exercise. The deployment gives the Indian Air Force an opportunity to train alongside one of the world's most advanced stealth fighter platforms, with Indian Rafale and Sukhoi Su-30MKI jets also part of the exercise. The F-35’s stealth, sensors and networked warfare capabilities will be closely watched as pilots conduct combat-oriented drills and exchange operational experience. What can India learn from America’s F-35, and what does its presence alongside India’s frontline fighters reveal about modern air combat? Hem Kaur Saroya tells you more on Vantage on Firstpost. --- F-35 India | F-35 Lightning II | Tarang Shakti Exercise | F-35 Vs Rafale | F-35 Vs Su-30MKI | US India Defence | Indian Air Force | Rafale Fighter Jet | Sukhoi Su-30MKI | Stealth Fighter India | Firstpost | Hem Saroya | Vantage #f35 #f35lightning #tarangshakti #indianairforce #raf
