In this video, Firstpost explains the early iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max issues reported by some Apple users. Complaints include frozen screens, unexpected restarts, lagging while using Face ID and protected apps, and green, pink and red lines appearing on displays. Videos and screenshots of the issues have gone viral on social media platforms. Reports suggest some crashes are linked to failed Face ID attempts, with Apple expected to address the issue through an upcoming update. Some users also report touch controls freezing during quick swipes. Apple has reportedly replaced some affected devices. Cary Johnston brings you all the details only on Firstpost America.
