Seven months after Iran effectively closed the Strait of Hormuz — disrupting a fifth of the world's oil supply — the UAE has launched its most ambitious infrastructure plan ever. Called Zero Hormuz, the strategy is being driven by Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed Al Nahyan through L'imad, a $300 billion sovereign wealth fund.
