Four vessels were reportedly struck by unknown projectiles in the Strait of Hormuz on September 28 and 29, according to late reports published by UKMTO. The incidents involved commercial tankers, including Al Funtas, Mersin Prosperity, Sinbad and Al Ruwais. The reports come amid heightened maritime tensions and Iran’s warnings over vessels it considers non-compliant with its rules for transiting the Strait. The extent of damage to three of the vessels remains unclear, while the crew of Al Funtas was reported safe. #straitofhormuz #hormuz #iran #iranwar #tankerattack #oiltanker #shipping #maritimesecurity #ukmto #pgsa #kuwait #uae #adnoc #gulf #persiangulf #middleeast #oilshipping Times Of India (TOI) Is The Largest Selling English Daily In The World.
