Former Met detective Peter Bleksley condemns the 21-year minimum prison term imposed on Vikram Digwa for the murder of 18-year-old Henry Novak, arguing that it was already “wholly inadequate”. Digwa has been given permission to challenge the length of his minimum term at the Court of Appeal. At the same hearing, judges will consider a referral from the Attorney General’s Office arguing that the sentence was unduly lenient. Peter warns that any reduction would be a “travesty” for Henry’s loved ones. #HenryNovak #VikramDigwa #KnifeCrime Have you got a story?
