Check out HubSpot CRM: https://clickhubspot.com/e1d343 You learned AI. You bought the courses. You know the prompts. So why hasn't your salary changed? In this video, I break down why learning AI alone isn't enough to grow your career or salary. Using Microsoft's 2026 Work Trend Index, I explain the three gaps you need to solve: turning AI tools into real workflows, proving the value of your work, and working in an environment where you can actually use AI. I show how tools like HubSpot's Smart CRM can help businesses keep customer information, conversations, tasks, and deal pipelines organized in one place. I also share a practical 7-day plan to apply AI to one task at work, measure the results, and turn your AI skills into visible business impact. If you've been learning AI but haven't seen a change in your career yet, this video is for you. 📸 Instagram: https://bit.ly/ishansharma7390ig Join MarkitUpX Discord Server: https://discord.gg/fwSpTje4rh Timestamps: 00:00 - Why Le
