French riot police dispersed high school students protesting in Lille on Thursday as student demonstrations over teacher shortages and poor school buildings spread across the country. Students built makeshift barricades with trash bins, some of which were set on fire, while firefighters put out the flames. The protests come as France prepares to unveil its 2027 budget, which is expected to include spending cuts. --- French Students | Student Protests | High School Students | Riot Police | School Protests | Teacher Shortages | School Conditions | French Schools | France Unrest | Student Unrest | School Crisis | Budget Cuts | French Government | Education | Education Crisis | Firstpost #france #lille #frenchstudents #studentprotests #schoolprotests #riotpolice #teacher shortages #frenchschools #franceprotests #studentunrest #schoolcrisis #education #educationcrisis #budgetcuts #frenchgovernment #europe #francenews #firstpost Firstpost is an Indian news and media website.
