Russian President Vladimir Putin said Russia has sufficient diesel fuel but that sanctions and restrictions on Russian oil and petroleum products are preventing supplies from reaching global markets. Speaking at the Valdai Discussion Club near Moscow on October 1, Putin said Russia had faced attacks on its oil refineries and claimed Moscow had responded by targeting infrastructure and economic assets in Ukraine. He said Russia would have more diesel available if strikes on its refineries stopped, but argued that sanctions prevent the fuel from being exported freely. Putin also discussed Iran’s nuclear programme, saying Russia’s proposal to receive and process Iranian enriched uranium remained on the table. #putin #russia #diesel #oil #fuelsupply #sanctions #russianoil #energycrisis #energy #oilmarkets #globalmarkets #russiaukraine #ukrainewar #iran #hormuz #geopolitics #worldnews #breakingnews #oilprices #timesnowworld Stay connected with Times Now World for real-time global news an
