Domestic abuse survivor Claire Milne reveals her terror after being informed that her former husband, Robert Dales, is due to be released from prison. Claire describes years of physical, emotional and psychological abuse, including threats to kill and an incident in which she barricaded herself and her baby inside a bedroom. She says learning of his release left her physically sick and suffering a panic attack. As the Government expands its early-release programme, Claire warns that electronic tagging and exclusion zones are not necessarily guaranteed.
