A federal judge ruled that prosecutors cannot revive a felony charge against a former Olympian previously accused of vandalizing the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. Dave Aronberg, former state attorney for Palm Beach County, Florida; Tom Rogers, founder of CNBC and senior advisor to MS NOW's parent company, Versant; and MS NOW contributor Huma Abedin join Morning Joe to analyze the court’s scathing review of the Justice Department’s handling of the case.
