US Air Force F-35 Lightning II stealth fighters are taking part in Exercise Tarang Shakti 2026 at Air Force Station Jodhpur, flying alongside Indian Air Force combat aircraft. The deployment marks the first time F-35s are undertaking tactical missions with Indian fighters from an Indian airbase. The IAF is participating with frontline platforms including the Rafale, Su-30MKI, Tejas and Mirage 2000.
