A copy of Meghan’s children’s book The Bench was listed online for almost £20,000 with an apparent handwritten dedication to Princess Eugenie and her husband, Jack Brooksbank. The listing raises questions about how a book apparently addressed to the couple reached a second-hand seller. The inscription has not been independently authenticated, and there is no evidence from the listing that Eugenie sold or gave away the book. Royal biographer Angela Levin discusses the possible embarrassment of such a personal message appearing for sale and why a buyer might value it. Have you got a story?
