East China's Zhejiang Province has launched an English-language service for its 12345 government service hotline, allowing foreign callers to speak directly with operators without an interpreter. The provincial hotline has assigned Chinese-English bilingual operators with knowledge of specialized English terminology, who have received scenario-based training and practical simulations covering business services, transportation, housing, healthcare and cultural tourism. The service currently covers frequently raised concerns among foreigners, including immigration policies, work permits and housing rentals. #MyCityMySay #zhejiang #english #government #service 📺 Subscribe to our YouTube channel and stay updated with our latest analysis and interviews:👇 https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgrNz-aDmcr2uuto8_DL2jg 👈 Download our APP on Apple Store (iOS): https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/cctvnews-app/id922456579?l=zh&ls=1&mt=8 Download our APP on Google Play (Android): https://play.google
