India has significant potential in artificial intelligence, but power availability and the scale of investment required could become major hurdles says, Institute of Geoeconomics Director Kazuto Suzuki. Speaking on India’s AI ambitions, he said electricity demand from data centres could emerge as a key bottleneck as the country looks to scale up its AI infrastructure. He also pointed to the massive investments already made by the United States and China, arguing that matching their spending levels would be extremely difficult. The remarks highlight the infrastructure and capital challenges India may need to address as it seeks a bigger role in the global AI race. #power #geoeconomics #japan #world #ndtvprofit For more videos subscribe to our channel: https://www.youtube.com/@NDTVProfitIndia Visit NDTV Profit for more news: https://www.ndtvprofit.com/ Don't enter the stock market unaware.
