A Perth builder who left clients with millions in debts after his building company collapsed has opened a health and addiction retreat in Margaret River. Former clients of Six Seasons Recovery claim they paid tens of thousands of dollars but received inadequate care, with no proper medical supervision and the facility operator giving medical advice despite having no qualifications. 15,000 delegates have landed in Perth for the Land Forces Expo. Protests are expected, but police aren't expecting the violence that erupted when Melbourne hosted the event two years ago.
