Uncertainty over how many early-release prisoners have been fitted with electronic tags has prompted questions about monitoring and victim protection. Justice Secretary Alex Norris MP reportedly said it was too soon to provide figures after around 700 prisoners were released early. Jeremy Kyle is joined by former prison governor Vanessa Frake to discuss the safeguards surrounding release. Frake argues that meeting early-release criteria doesn't necessarily mean an offender is safe to release, and expresses particular concern for victims of domestic violence, harassment and stalking. #earlyrelease #prisons #crime Have you got a story?
