What if some of our biggest decisions were never really about what we thought they were? Sudeep Chawla suggests that childhood experiences leave us with quiet questions, such as 'Am I enough?', 'Do I matter?' or 'Will people leave me?', which we then spend years trying to answer through our careers, relationships and achievements. Drawing on a lifelong pursuit of approval and a personal loss that no achievement could fix, he introduces a practice he calls question spotting and offers three ways to stop letting an old question choose the course of our lives. With leadership stints at Sintex, Pidilite, and Mondelēz, Sudeep has spent years building brands that millions of consumers know and trust. Beyond scaling iconic market leaders, he shapes the industry's future through his popular podcast by combining raw consumer insights with purpose-driven strategy. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at h
