Italy pushed USA to the ABSOLUTE LIMIT at the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup! USA came into the game riding an incredible 32-GAME World Cup winning streak, but Italy refused to back down. Their defense made life incredibly difficult for the reigning champions, holding USA to just 55 POINTS and keeping the game within reach until the final seconds. Cecilia Zandalasini led Italy with 14 POINTS, and with a chance to force overtime in the closing seconds, her three-point attempt fell just short. USA escaped with a 55-52 victory, but Italy came THIS CLOSE to ending the historic 36-0 streak! JOIN THE COMMUNITY 🏀 Love to watch basketball? We show dozens of free live games per week!
