Fly-tipping continues to blight communities across Britain. Extraordinary pictures show close up the disgusting waste that has been dumped on a farmer’s land in Essex - around 2,000 tonnes of rubbish in total. Farmer Alex Sell says he could now face a staggering £350,000 clean-up bill, despite being the victim of the crime. He’s calling for a change in the law so victims of large-scale fly-tipping aren’t left to pick up the bill.
